This review is long overdue. I went to Jimmy with two specific issues with my Samsung S23 Ultra about a year ago. Issue number 1: my battery was swelling and needed to be replaced. Issue number 2: My phone was not connecting to my service provider, and I could not figure out why. Jimmy was incredibly professional and respectful throughout our entire interaction. Jimmy’s absolutely fantastic :) Went in for a iPhone screen repair. He was able to get the part I needed early the next day, was super accommodating after I had decided to get a higher quality replacement part instead of the original decided part, and installed it very quickly. Very friendly and excellent service. Couldn't recommend him more
