Because I live off of Walther Ave I am locked into using Jimmys. Today I waited an hour before a cab showed up. I feel we the consumer should be able to choose the company we want to use! Worst Customer service ever!
Whenever I call for them they act very rude I even got impatient at one point n they put me on no service. Then when I complained to the boss she was just as nasty n like her staff of bitches she hung up after periodically cutting me off on what I have to say. If I had the power I would sue them for everything they have
