Jimmy Joseph was a terrific loan broker! He went to bat for me to find a new mortgage for my unit in a 100 year old CoOp. This was not an easy task since CoOps are not like a single family home or Condo. Many loan companies do not want to give loans to these types of residence. When I say heaven sent. I mean just that. As a first time home buyer this process for me was very confusing and a bit stressful. I was able to turn to Jimmy after walking away from the closing table putting myself at risking of being issued a time of essence. Desperate to find a lender that could get me a mortgage rate in budget, Jimmy worked relentlessly to get me to closing in just two weeks. Jimmy is literally the best in the business. He knows the market, products, and home buying process in and out. His customer service and ability to see things through is second to none. He’s available and will take your questions from the beginning of the process to the end. He helped me get comfortable with the AiO product and was fully transparent with all the details.
