My father hired Long to plan his Estate in 2016. After his death in 2019 Long wouldn't speak to me on the phone or in person. As I am the Independent Executrix of my father's estate. Another attorney told me that Mr. Long had absconded with the estates funds. It's 2025 and we are as of yet to get our inheritance.

Attorney’s assistant took our detailed information regarding an elderly, medicaid planning and real estate law matter. Received a call later that day stating Jimmy D. Long is no longer accepting cases because he is too “swamped.” One can easily infer that he is accepting work if he’s having his assistants go through the trouble of collecting intakes.
