This is ridiculous to me as first-time Jimmy Choo buyer. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes during promotion for gifts to 2 family members, but they just ship out 1 pair but cancelled the other pair. Now I am embarrassed how to talk to them who were expecting them for Thanksgiving holiday. I placed order on Fri 11/15/XXXX XX:XX AM when it is only 39 minutes after their sales started. I bought a pair of sunglasses at full price at a regular Jimmy Choo store. They fell apart very quickly within several months. The sides of the frames that appeared to be golden upon purchase started to peel away like paper. The glasses are not wearable. I returned them to the SF store and was informed I needed to fill out a form, and send pictures to customer care. They forwarded my pictures to SAFILO the manufacturer of the glasses. I went into the store I am of african American decent I was recording the shoes and I was approached saying I cant record I immediately stop recording when an employee who claimed to be the manager called me a racial name and forced me to leave the store I was completely embarrassed and I was on vacation I ask for corporate number he told me get the f out of there it is all on camera I want to know what I can do because I feel as though It was racial discrimination
