Very unprofessional and office is incompetent. Ignored my emails on multiple occasions after closing and wouldn’t take my calls to return back my funding. Would not recommend. Definitely go elsewhere!
Jimmy and his team were fantastic to deal with. They helped me and my family during a very difficult time in our lives I cannot speak more highly of Jimmy Chong and his team, and recommend anyone looking for a solid notary services to use him and his team.
Completely unprofessional. Said they would do our conveyancing, took all our information and then phoned and cancelled with the excuse that he would be on holiday. Don’t accept a job and then two weeks later cancel. Very disappointing.
