In my business experiences with JTM I have always been met with extreme courtesy and professionalism they always seem to be willing to go that extra mile to make sure that my business is well taken care of and that's an attribute not always seen these days in the transportation industry
Drivers are not trained to obey traffic signs. Yesterday, 10-23-17, on my way back up the hill from Phoenix, a line of traffic backed up on the northbound I17. Why? Because a JTM truck was in the left lane. Traffic sign on the right side of the road CLEARLY says “Trucks Right Lane Only”. And why would a semi try to pass another semi, uphill, knowing they would slow northbound traffic just so they could be in front of the other semi and go the same speed!
