We have been with CrossCountry Mortgage for more than 10 years. We recently sold our home and got another one, making it necessary to get a new mortgage. Our first time with James Thamann who we found to be a wonderful loan officer, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful.
Even with my strict and picky Coop board, Jim and his team made my closing happen on schedule yesterday! Jim was incredibly responsive and patient throughout the entire process, even when the board requested unusual documentation. He went above and beyond to explain everything clearly, and thanks to his hard work, everything went smoothly. I'm so excited to move into my new apartment soon!
