Had an amazing experience using Jim to setup our mortgage. Jim really represents the perfect balance of communication styles, being attentive and available (sometimes responding to emails at 3am) while also not bombarding you with information. You really get the sense working with Jim that he takes a lot of pride in the service he provides. Having Jim as your mortgage broker feels more like dealing with a friend who is honestly looking out for your best interest. I couldn't recommend Jim more.
