I ordered a $2500.00 job site toolbox. They burned me, shipped it to someone else. They haven't refunded my money. These people are thieves and liars. Don't do business with them. Unless you like dealing with thieves.

I purchased 4 REED Ratcheting Valve wrenches from JimSlimsTools.com. The shipment arrived as expected except it was missing the ratcheting handles. I reached back out to Jim Slims and without any issues they immediately overnighted the handles to me. I can not stress how valuable great customer service is these days, but JimSlimTools has it! Great prices and superior customer service is a winning combination every time!

Order 2 tool items. Both items were drop shipped from RAM tools. Took about 2 weeks for 1 item to arrive. Had to contact them about 2nd item. Took another 10 days before 2nd item arrived. Would not use these folks again.

I placed an order on 7/10/20 and I have not received the order as of 8/31/20 but my card has been charged? No one has contacted me to explain or offered a refund if the product is not available?
