I found myself in Lubbock county detention center. I was appointed a public defender Jim Shaw. The man would not answer my calls he would not talk to me. I got nothing out of the court appointed, public defender Jim Shaw. The law states that I will be appointed a public defender. it does not say a competent lawyer the man did nothing for my case he did not file any motions for discovery, or anything he never even looked at the video.
