We couldn't be happier with this service. First, the company is conveniently located about thirty seconds from our house (a bonus in case of emergency!). Second, someone left a negative review iin 2020 about the owner bringing his son to the jobsite--well guess what? That same son apprenticed with his father since he was a young man, and is now working as a tech for the company and is the one who did the work on our stove this afternoon! We had this company come and clean our $5000, 3 year old gas fireplace insert and check to see if there was anything that they could do to get more heat from it. They cleaned it and inspected it. After they left, I found a bag of glass embers on my hearth. It also, will not light. I asked them to come back and put it back together correctly, and fix it and was told they would not spend 1 more minute on my stove because it is junk . Called and Mr.Jim picked up the phone! He said happy to help and gave me a couple suggestions for repair if I couldn’t wait. That’s reason enough to wait for the man in my opinion. I’ll update after service but after owning/operating a business for 20 years and keeping a 4.9 star review for years I can tell you this gentleman is earning that 5 star rating.
Not only did a real human, Mr. Jim himself, answer the phone when I called, he listened to me explain the problem I was having. He then explained the solution to me in a real way, no used car salesman icky confusing lingo here. Real honest listening with real honest answers! He provided excellent service, very timely, thorough, expert level installation while being kind and respectful. Our pellet stoved stopped working during this cold spell. Jim ensured to fit us in as soon as possible even though his and his son's schedule was full. His son and helper did a great job! We really appreciate it!!
