Very happy that we finally found someone knowledgeable and passionate to fix our pellet stove. If you want someone you can trust to repair and educate, Jim is it.
I would like to start by saying this man saved me a lot of money and was one of the nicest people alive I thank god he was sent to help. He came out on a Friday at 5 pm and cleaned and serviced my stove and the mother board was bad he had 3 of my stoves in stock and I was able to pick the part up from him on a Sunday after we both went to church. Once again thank you for being genuine, and trust worthy person. Will forever be the person I call to service my stoves.
Professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. I had Jim out to service a non-working gas fireplace and I highly recommend his company. The issue with my fireplace wasn’t straightforward but I value Jim for explaining the process and being straightforward throughout the appointment. I appreciate his capabilities and thoroughness not only replacing the bad parts but diagnosing the root cause and uncovering the core issue in the same appointment.
Our pellet stove stopped working a few days before Christmas. We found Jim's number and gave him a try. He fit us in on that Saturday. We thought we were going to have to replace the stove , but Jim fixed it! He also did a complete clean, then took the time to sit and teach us a lot we didn't know about our pellet stoves! We will definitely be using him again to help us maintain them. '
