Not only did a real human, Mr. Jim himself, answer the phone when I called, he listened to me explain the problem I was having. He then explained the solution to me in a real way, no used car salesman icky confusing lingo here. Real honest listening with real honest answers! He provided excellent service, very timely, thorough, expert level installation while being kind and respectful. Our pellet stoved stopped working during this cold spell. Jim ensured to fit us in as soon as possible even though his and his son's schedule was full. His son and helper did a great job! We really appreciate it!!
The guys did a fantastic job fixing my gas fireplace. Fixed the pilot, replaced the thermocoupler, cleaned the glass, repainted the inside and rearranged the logs. Highly recommend these guys, excellent customer service.
Fathers and son are an excellent team and I am entirely pleased with my gas fireplace service. My dusty, sluggish fireplace is now clean and in top working order with a strong flame and heat! I will continue to call them for future maintenance. Ida Corona
Lets start with our family are a year in of having a pellet stove in out lives. So we truly are working with knowledge from Google. Jim and his son showed up with smiles and asked any questions. Even though I thought the questions could have sounded silly. They both explained every part of the stove, maintaining thw stove on our own through the cold months and maintenance after the season.
