After we started an application process with Jim and Jess, we learned from our realtor that he was recently Fired from working certain firms for improperly manipulating numbers to push loans through. Apparently numbers don’t equate to ethics. His character shows. I’d reccomend nearly anyone other than Jim Ryder to be trusted with your information

Jim Ryder, was great to talk to. He is down to earth and easy to talk to about anything. He also explained the process in detail as someone who knew nothing and had to do some research on home buying. The place I was looking at, the first buyer couldn’t get funding due to how the building was coded and the deal fell through.
