This location did not know what was going on. Took 6 months to try to get a loan, ended up using a different bank. Thank you Cross Country Mortgage!
Went for a refinance and closing. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Just be aware that they subcontract services and I was overcharged on closing costs and was promised a refund that never happened. I cannot say with certainty ill be a return customer.
