I highly (can’t say that enough) Silex Financial and James Christopoulos for your reserve mortgage, especially if you own a condo. I found out the hard way about FHA rules. I was turned down twice, the second time it took 2 months and jumping thru hoops just to be turned down again. I was very disheartened. James got it done in 2 weeks and I have already received my money! Don’t waste your time, just call James!!
