Easy to work with, very accommodating. Used deductions beyond what I knew about. Overall very happy with service. Very fair on price and prompt.
I’ve been coming to Jim for over a decade. He handles everything with class and great conversation. I always enjoy our time while he’s doing my taxes. The staff is excellent as well. Always helpful and friendly.
0 stars. Evelinda Flores never responds to phone calls, never responds to emails. Stated she completed something for us- IRS representation related due to fraudulent activity. IRS says they never received anything. You have to email her 70x for a response or refuse to hang up and wait for her to pick up the phone. Waited an entire month for Jim to file my business taxes. I sent all the documents required, Then after several emails & unanswered phone calls later… Jimmy decides to take a vacation & left me now with just a few days to find a new tax preparer and file before the deadline Text book definition of unprofessional.
I sent them all of my w2s and they filed my taxes without one of them! Now I'm getting letters from the IRS that I owe thousands of dollars. Their response is that it's pretty much my problem. They'll look into it and I've not heard back. It's insanely difficult to get a response back from them, they overcharge for stuff you could do yourself on TurboTax. I waited over two years for my return back on a different year's taxes. I honestly recommend TurboTax before using them. It's been nothing but problems.
