Jim Chabrier was my loan officer for my first home. I can say with certainty that he is very professional, and driven to achieve results. He educated me in the process, and kept me posted every step of the way. He even advised my fiance and I what we can do to get better rates. His communication skills is top notch! Always responds to your texts, calls, emails, etc. Jim made the loan process easy and I recommend him without hesitation.
