Being 40 years removed from archery, Sam and Zak at Jim-Bows Archery made getting back into the sport easy and enjoyable. They took the time to walk me through the new equipment, explain how everything works, and help me choose the right setup. They even let me test the bow on their range, which really helped me feel confident in my choice. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and a comfortable experience. Highly recommend.
Went there based on a recommendation. I'm an amateur but have trained on, owned and used bows for many years. I inquired about getting a new bow that I'd seen in the showroom and was met with the rudest staff I've ever encountered in the industry. I left and they didn't seem to care one bit. I guess everyone is entitled to an off-day but you lost a lifetime customer in the span of 2 minutes. I found excellent customer service and selection elsewhere, and I was happy to spend my money with them.
Went in for the first time to buy a hunting pack and ask about bows. The young man that greeted me as I came in was excellent. Walked through the pros and cons, gave me plenty of info, answered my questions, and most importantly - didn't try to upsell me. Courteous and polite as well. Left happy with what I bought. Will definitely return.
