We only received half the photos that were taken the night of our wedding and received none of our rehearsal dinner photos. She was great to work with the day of, but stopped answering our texts, emails, and calls when it came time to deliver our photos. The venue we booked her through was able to get us some but there is a chunk of photos that are forever lost.
I do not recommend Jillian Batson Photography. My wedding was December 9th, 2023 and I never received all my photos. I was told that I would get a sneak peak the day after the wedding and I never did. When I would reach out, she would either give me an ETA that was not true, tell me that my photos are “top priority”, or just simply ignore me. She ignored me for a month.
