Very kind and empathetic; cares a lot about her patients and wants to see you improve
Very unprofessional, if you would happen to need a reschedule not only will you not get an answer or return call. By 8:00 the next morning you may be deleted from her system and care. It was supposed to be my second phone appointment to finish my intake questions. So it was during "covid" which I happened to have and be off work when the appointment was scheduled.
