What an awesome experience!! From the beginning, everything felt so intention and tailored to exactly what I was looking for in a therapist! Jill and her team met all expectations and more. Very smooth - booking and getting in touch for support whenever I had questions. So much knowledge and patience with handling my insurance coverages too! Overall? This is such a special therapy practice. The therapists are incredibly skilled and deeply genuine. Just walking into the office, your shoulders drop, and you immediately feel relief. They go beyond traditional talk therapy and truly focus on deep, transformative work that makes a real difference. If you're looking for a compassionate and safe space to heal, this is the place.
Jill and her team are outstanding in the field and are my go to when I need to make a referral in New Jersey. I trust the quality of their work as they are holistic practitioners- incorporating the body/mind connection- and are fully trained in EMDR, mindfulness and somatic approaches. Clients are treated as unique individuals and cared for every step of the way. I highly recommend Healing through the Heart Center.
