I would have better luck filing my own taxes. Jills lack of organization skill is pitiful. I did not only fail to complete my taxes, but now Jill has my paperwork and does not return my calls. I now have a late charge from the IRS and still am unable to get a hold of her, seeing as she ignores my calls and has a full voicemail box (presumably filled with messages of other unsatisfied customers). Learn from my mistakes and save yourself from the headache I've been dealing with for the last several months.
