Not only did she call me 40 minutes after my email to her, she kept me in the loop by mail, by phone and by email until....the traffic citation was DISMISSED! I have an account with Legal Shield and they referred Jill Hampton to work with to resolve my traffic ticket. I contacted Ms. Hampton right away and left her a message. She called me the following day, shared my options and agreed to represent me in court to address the ticket.
