I came to Jiko Cali through a friend who referred me while I was having infertility struggles and ivf. I was afraid of needles but both Dr Kim and April helped me stay calm and checked on me multiple times to see how I was doing. I appreciate the extra thought and care they have for each patient from having a bell to press in case you have any discomfort, to following up with the doctors appts and cheering you on for every milestone. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Kim and her office manager April! This office was recommended to me by mom who had a great experience at their office. I was referred to acupuncture for chemotherapy induced neuropathy in my hands and feet. April worked so diligently with my providers at Kaiser and ASH to get me approved to see Dr Kim as I knew I wanted to work with her after she was able to help my mom. I started having immense pain in both knees within the last year due to a previous car accident. It’s been hard to walk anywhere for longer than 30 minutes especially going up and down the stairs. After a few weeks of acupuncture I have noticed immense progress in both knees. Dr. Kim and April are extremely attentive to your wellbeing and progress. Would highly recommend!
I can’t recommend this clinic enough! April and Dr. Kim are both incredibly kind and welcoming, and they make you feel at ease right away. The space is spotless and has a very calm, relaxing atmosphere. I went in for pain treatment, and their care has really helped. They take the time to listen, explain everything, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout. A wonderful place if you’re looking for thoughtful, effective care!
