Super easy website to navigate , excellent customer service and great shipping / packaging. Great experience overall .. we will be repeat customers!
I bought 5 puzzles and so far I’ve completed 2. Both were missing a piece. I contacted the company after the first one and received a credit but the credit covers the shipping. Not even bothering to contact for the second time.

This was our first stop on our first visit to Montreal! Daughter is more than a little obsessed with puzzles and we run out of 2000+piece puzzles she likes. Not here! What an amazing place, and the staff member was fantastic! I wish I remembered her name (failure of my memory, not how memorable she was!). She was so helpful and shipped most of our packages for us. The variety was unbelievable, highly recommend a visit. Only wish it was closer to us.
