I have come to Jibe 4 or 5 times now for various services and have never been disappointed. The guys and gals there are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices for services are fair and they work fast. Highly recommend.
Wow oh wow. I cannot put into words how great my experience was here at Jibe. All the employees there, with Miles being a standout, were so so helpful and were able to get me in and out in a flash. The prices were very reasonable, along with being so kind and personable. 10/10 had a fantastic experience, and would recommend to anyone who asks!
We had a great experience with them both with our online order and in-shop pickup. We ordered a Jibe Fully online for our new NICA Junior Devo riding daughter and they went through torque specs and tips on assembling the bike from a frameset, as well as careful packaging of our frame and accessories. Super friendly, and we kinda surprised them with pick up on our way down with minimal notice. Dropped off my 12 y/o’s bike at Jibe to get a tune up and to address a rear brake issue. Check in was efficient, they asked when I was hoping to pick up the bike, said the timeline was no problem. Great communication with some additional issues they found and the bike was completed on time. At pick up they even took the time to go through the bike with my son and to make sure it was set up properly for him, adjusting dropper post and suspension pressures. Will definitely be taking other bikes there for work as needed.
Absolutely love Jibe Cycleworks. The owners are incredible people and the customer service is unmatched. They carry great gear and always go above and beyond to help. You can tell they take pride in what they do and truly care about their customers. Highly recommend supporting this local business!
