We had a great experience with them both with our online order and in-shop pickup. We ordered a Jibe Fully online for our new NICA Junior Devo riding daughter and they went through torque specs and tips on assembling the bike from a frameset, as well as careful packaging of our frame and accessories. Super friendly, and we kinda surprised them with pick up on our way down with minimal notice. Extremely knowledgeable, very professional, passionate about all things bikes, and their prices are great! You won’t regret having them service your bike, build a wheel, or buying your next bike from them. They went above and beyond every time I’ve come in. Best experience I’ve ever had at any bike shop in Utah or anywhere else! Support local!
Jibe is awesome! My son bought two bikes that were custom built! Jason is great and they did a really great job! We would recommend them to everyone! My son said he feels like he is flying, he goes SOO fast!
Jibe Cycleworks is a great bike shop to work with. They have helped me with 3 bike builds/purchases: The Doromichi-transferring all my components from one gravel bike to another, the 1x conversion of an old mtb, and the latest, a State Bicycle flat bar gravel bike custom build. I picked up my bike and immediately took it out to ride. Everything worked amazing and I love the color and fit. I love Jibe’s custom bike options, how quickly they were able to assemble my bike, and their customer service the best I’ve ever had at a bike shop. Thank you Jibe for this sweet ride!
