These guys were awesome. Extremely friendly and helpful. I brought in a new bike that I didn’t buy from them and needed them to give the bike a total tuneup. Super affordable prices and commended me on my new purchase even though it wasn’t from them. I kind of wanted to buy a new Jibe bicycle from them just based on this experience. Definitely will use them again.
Jibe is awesome! My son bought two bikes that were custom built! Jason is great and they did a really great job! We would recommend them to everyone! My son said he feels like he is flying, he goes SOO fast!
Jibe Cycleworks is a great bike shop to work with. They have helped me with 3 bike builds/purchases: The Doromichi-transferring all my components from one gravel bike to another, the 1x conversion of an old mtb, and the latest, a State Bicycle flat bar gravel bike custom build. The service at Jibe is absolutely top-notch! The mechanics are down-to-earth, dedicated, and really know their stuff. They went above and beyond to get me in the night before an event, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They take the time to walk you through what they're doing and explain the whole repair process—it’s a level of care that’s hard to find. Solid work, great people!
I picked up my bike and immediately took it out to ride. Everything worked amazing and I love the color and fit. I love Jibe’s custom bike options, how quickly they were able to assemble my bike, and their customer service the best I’ve ever had at a bike shop. Thank you Jibe for this sweet ride!
