We had a great experience with them both with our online order and in-shop pickup. We ordered a Jibe Fully online for our new NICA Junior Devo riding daughter and they went through torque specs and tips on assembling the bike from a frameset, as well as careful packaging of our frame and accessories. Super friendly, and we kinda surprised them with pick up on our way down with minimal notice.
