Jibe Cycleworks has always found the time to provide excellent repair service for my older model bicycles. They make the necessary repairs, sometimes on the spot or the same day when possible. It is my opinion that the staff is very professional and knowledgeable with many makes of bicycles, friendly to their customers, and best of all, affordable. We had a great experience with them both with our online order and in-shop pickup. We ordered a Jibe Fully online for our new NICA Junior Devo riding daughter and they went through torque specs and tips on assembling the bike from a frameset, as well as careful packaging of our frame and accessories. Super friendly, and we kinda surprised them with pick up on our way down with minimal notice. Just went here today. They squeezed me in just before closing. to fix a flat on my rear tire on my e-bike. They didn't have my tube in stock but were willing to use the one that I had myself which is unusual. Most places won't use products that are not in their own stock. Took it in to the shop and they brought it back right away and while the tech fixed the flat tire he also adjusted my derailleur without even saying anything. Didn't charge me and was happy to do it.
