The only positive thing I’ll give them is that they respond quick, Worst decision doing my taxes with them not only do they charge a lot for a simple tax return but it’s been issues after issues trying to get my refund I’m going on three weeks after said date it should of been deposited.
This is I believe my third time filing with J&I Tax Services. Joshua is very professional and helpful. The processes have always been smooth, and easy! 10/10 recommend.
