Very professional company, the owners Iesha and Joshua are very knowledgeable on taxes and helping you maximize your refund the right way. Would highly recommend whether you are always on time filing or if you got a couple back refunds you need to file they will get you where you need to be.
Tye is my tax preparer and when I say she’s the BEST , she’s the BEST !! She was very professional and very helpful . Answered every question I had and responded fast !! She’s amazing !
The only positive thing I’ll give them is that they respond quick, Worst decision doing my taxes with them not only do they charge a lot for a simple tax return but it’s been issues after issues trying to get my refund I’m going on three weeks after said date it should of been deposited.
