Very poor experience. First, they weren’t expecting me. They have an online booking system that they don’t actually keep track of. Second, there is zero privacy and the space is uncomfortable. You are literally undressed right beside a stranger that is also undressed, separated only by a sheet. Third, they don’t ask what level of pressure you want. My “masseuse” was incredibly rough. Was a regular customer but had the worst experience during a recent visit. To the receptionist at front desk, they become racist now is funny because no one there speak English well but then become racist with the customers
