Cancelled my appointment over 3 times I rescheduled twice the third time I asked them to just cancel it because it was getting ridiculous. They called me at 8am to cancel but when I called back at 8:20/8:30 am just to try to get my blood work done at least all of a sudden they are incapable of picking the phone up. I’m a JHU grad student trying to use the services but never again.
Deliberately evasive scheduling and closed their phone line during business hours (10am on a Tuesday, non holiday & no option to leave a message) ... portal is buggy and difficult for even an employee such as me to get my physical exam even scheduled.
Think I broke my foot, they won't see me, told me to walk (on the broken foot) back next week when I can maybe get something. Their staff know nothing about other clinics or methods of obtaining care for students/staff that are new to the country. Guy working the front desk should not be in this position. Honestly shameful.
