Update 22/08/2025 I keep adding updates because I think it is important. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate the work that Jade does. Sitting predominantly all day for my job I often end up with odd tension or issues with my back. Jade listens, then adapts the treatment to any specific problems I am having. I went to JHU SPORTS THerapy .I have been having problems with my left side shoulder, the young lady I had was really good she gave me a really good massage. It was a lot better after the treatment.I have booked for another lot of massage next week. Thank you jade.
Booked online after suffering a workplace injury. Natalya was very caring and informative about what had happened to me and what was the best way forward. I was given some great tips to help with my recovery and will be booking a follow up massage very soon.
Had a great experience today at JHJ, my first sports massage and I can’t recommend it enough. Jade was so friendly and easy to talk to, I’ll definitely be going back !
