1st time coming and was made to feel very comfortable and got explained everything that was going on and everything he did for the treatment

Physio session with Mohammed- session was tailored perfectly to my needs and my pain tolerance. I was given not only treatment but preventative exercises also. Will be returning regularly.
I went to Jade as I had injured myself playing netball. The right side of my right thigh was hurting and some days getting into my car was difficult. I went to Jade for one session and I felt so much better the next day, I was back to playing netball! Can't thank you enough 🥰
