Jhanae was always there when I had questions and made buying a new house as easy as possible.
Jhanae was amazing to work with! She is knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer any questions. Buying a home can be a stressful process but she helped walk me through the whole thing. The app is also super helpful as you can see what step you are on and are able to upload documents securely and efficiently. The whole process was smooth and I cannot recommend her enough.
She had very good communication. She was available anytime i needed her and explained everything to us throughout the whole process to make sure we understood what was going on and exactly what we were signing.
Jhanae was a true delight to work with and helped make what at times was an extremely stressful process, very manageable.
