Driver not courteous. Speeding in the left lane thru road construction when trucks are supposed to be in right lane. Then not staying within his lane. Then tried to get over in my lane when I was looking straight over at the middle of his trailer and had to lock up my breaks. 9-3-23 trailer #53192. Needs safety training.
