Joe and his team helped us get a mortgage payment that would be $150 less than what we paid monthly for rent. They made sure to be extra communicative with us and calmed our first time home buyer nerves. He was even really flexible with our crazy schedule.
Told me he could do a loan to build a Mobile Home then after 2 months said he could not do part of it because they just stopped doing the loan type. When we called his higher up they told us they have never been able to do those type of loans for a doublewide. Joe has me put well over $1400 into land I didn't even own so that if would be approved for the loan. I will never recommend Joe Jauch and JG Wentworth to get a loan for a house and will not let anyone trying to get a home loan to use them.
