I went into J&Gs because FN website said that they had what I was looking for. I met a young man named Mat there and I was so happy that I did. He took the time to listen to what I was interested in and explained to me the process that I was going to need to do to get what I wanted. Just purchased my first shotgun today from them. What a great experience. I was in and out within 10 to 15 minutes. I purchased the Panzer MAG 12 and love it! Great customer service and great prices.
Me and my dad have been going to this place since the 80's. Great prices and selections. Great deals on their weekly email blasts! Customer service and friendliness could use a little work though.
