Bedroom AC unit stopped working on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. Couldn’t get anyone at your company to send someone on Sunday or Monday (Memorial Day). Technician arrived on Tuesday. My wife reported to me later that technician didn’t know what he was doing, and proceeded from outdoor, to indoor, to attic many times, and even caused the working unit to fail. He was here from 12:00 to 2:40 PM. The good news is that he got it fixed and it’s still working as of today. Other unit is also working.
I've just renewed my annual maintenance plan with J&G. It is a great value and I appreciate the senior discount. I've never had such great communication with a home service company as I have with J&G. Emails are answered promptly with lots of information. The service calls have always been well within the arrival window.

The quote to replace a condenser fan was way too high. I found the motor cost and was shocked at how much the labor charge would be.
J&G's technician was polite, and very knowledgeable. His inspection was thorough. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that is honest and dependable.
