If I could put zero stars, I would. Their “program” that they charge $250 for is a legit scam. Nowhere on their form does it say non-refundable. My mom didnt participate in any of the program and called within a week requesting a refund and they flat out denied it after a month. So basically we paid $250 for them to send a prescription to the pharmacy. On top of having to pay for the visit ITSELF. Im already disputing the charge with my card company but you guys should be very careful going to them!
