I work in ortho and we refer many patients here. Until I have had a family member there that was my experience with this facility. I can’t say how disappointed I am in the care given here . Staff was beyond rude and racist. Also she went for rehab and with the exception of PT they never came to her room left her sitting in urine soaked bed developed 3 sores on her bottom from sitting. I’m so ANNOYED ~ please beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing disguised as caregivers. It has been proven twice that they have taken my loved one off the property without permission or knowledge. My loved one has vascular dementia and they use his condition to fit their personal narrative. I think that outings are great for my loved one however they have time to plan and charge his funds for outings but they don’t see the need in letting his POA know, actually stating that he can choose for himself. One year ago my Mother was admitted here. We could not be happier with treatment. Nurse Erica was phenomenal. Couldn't be happier. We've since moved Mom to VA to be closer to us, but would recommend.
They are polite, clean and professional. Top notch
