I’m so ANNOYED ~ please beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing disguised as caregivers. It has been proven twice that they have taken my loved one off the property without permission or knowledge. My loved one has vascular dementia and they use his condition to fit their personal narrative. I think that outings are great for my loved one however they have time to plan and charge his funds for outings but they don’t see the need in letting his POA know, actually stating that he can choose for himself. One year ago my Mother was admitted here. We could not be happier with treatment. Nurse Erica was phenomenal. Couldn't be happier. We've since moved Mom to VA to be closer to us, but would recommend.
They are polite, clean and professional. Top notch
My sweet friend Gerry is a resident on the 6th floor and I must say that they have some WONDERFUL staff members. The Nurse Ashley is beyond EXCEPTIONAL as is his CNA Seema. The other staff is great but Ashley & Seema go above and beyond to communicate and to make Gerry & I feel like family.
