My sweet friend Gerry is a resident on the 6th floor and I must say that they have some WONDERFUL staff members. The Nurse Ashley is beyond EXCEPTIONAL as is his CNA Seema. The other staff is great but Ashley & Seema go above and beyond to communicate and to make Gerry & I feel like family.
Rude staff and rude management!!! Overall bad experience. Don’t send your loved ones here.
Gorgeous facility
It’s a very pretty building. Lots of volunteers. Social workers are great. But that’s when the good portion ends. Nurse aids are terrible. I wish I could describe them more but I will not be politically correct and they will take my review down. Indifferent, reactive, abusive toward patients. I was told by one of the cleaning staff details that boggled my mind.
