This organization seems to be good but some case workers and employees are extremely unprofessional and ignorant. refuse to help families in dire need. One case worker in particular Mina is extremely rude and unprofessional. she yelled at my family member on the phone and very rudely threatened that she will drop our resettlement case, which unfortunately she did. my family extremely frustrated took huge sums of debt to resettle and still living in a 2 bedroom apartment with another relative, until i find our own place my fa... read more
