Bought some fence supplies through Home Depot, was delivered with some top caps to 8 foot fencing missing. HD return/exchange program requires returning the product. Instead J-C service rep said they'd just ship me the missing fence top caps. Super Happy with product and customer service is great!
Walked in to see about ordering products. Usually done via online and will call. All was taken care of. Great personnel and service. Everyone was nice I would.definitely order again.
If I could leave no stars I would but got a kennel from them and it had missing parts and tried contacting them and they do not answer or email back.
