Both me and my partner went through this company, and used a man named Tyler Smith. He wasn’t always as unprofessional as he got when we called asking for updates on what we were quoted for returns. We’ve had an extreme inconvenience with this company as taxes were done incorrectly in order to give a higher refund. This lead to us owing $2,500 additional dollars to the IRS just 2 years later for this mistake.
