I would highly recommend Jewels Formals. We went there this past weekend to look for a prom dress for my daughter's senior prom and we felt very welcome and Kristi was awesome at helping us. Everyone there was friendly and they didn't rush us, they were helpful in picking out the right jewelry and shoes for the dress. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a prom dress and this was the 3rd time I had purchased a prom dress. I was very satisfied and would definitely go back! DISAPPOINTED I'm getting married in Jamaica, so I saw this beautiful tropical dress in the window of this shop; So I went in to inquire about it. I walked around looking at other dresses to see what all they had. The lady behind the counter says to me "the mother's dresses are at the back of the store at the end racks"...so I said "I'm not the mother...I'M THE BRIDE". A horrible experience at Jewels. Yesterday I went to Jewels formals in Smithfield and my experience was terrible! When I walked over to the dresses that were a size zero, which I know for a fact is my size, I was told repeatedly that "Honey, those are the zero's." After I had been told three times basically that I shouldn't be looking at the zero's and after I had been "looked over" as if I was not small enough to fit into that size, I tried the dress on anyway. the best dresses – I have purchased so many dresses from this store. The owners of the shop personally help you find your dream dress. They know their costumers and what they like. I always have a great experience there. The dresses are amazing. When drive by, i always slow down at the intersection just to admire what's in the window.

Amazing Experience – An excellent place to go for your formal needs. After being asked to prom my mom and i went out to look at what styles of dresses would flatter my body. Not planning on buying anything, the very first dress i picked out was stunning. The staff was very encouraging and honest but not pushy. The store was clean and not over-crowded.
