The Rockefeller Center ice skating rink and the Rockefeller Christmas tree were absolutely breathtaking, truly the definition of romance. >_< If you’re a couple in love, this is a MUST-DO experience at least once in your life. Among all Christmas activities in New York, I can confidently say that ice skating under the Rockefeller tree is number one. The atmosphere was magical, festive, and unbelievably romantic. Cannot overstate the quality and ethics of the staff at the river-rink. We lost an expensive bracelet on the ice while skating and were sure it was gone. The staff found it, brought it to the lost and found and provided it to us after we verified the description. The absolute definition of classy staff from start to finish.
Had an amazing skating experience here! Everyone was so nice, and the staff was awesome. I accidentally lost a valuable piece of jewelry while skating, and they safely kept it for me until I came back the next day to pick it up. Really appreciate their honesty and kindness. Highly recommend this place!
Easily one of the most iconic winter attractions in New York City, set right in the heart of Rockefeller Center. The rink has a classic, postcard like atmosphere, surrounded by tall buildings and the famous Prometheus statue overlooking the ice, making it a very memorable place to skate when it’s open.
