I have been going to the Jeweler's Bench for years! I love that it is a family owned business and we are shopping local when we go. Mrs. Emily at the front is such a gem and the Mixons will definitely get you taken care of!
Found everyone, from salesperson to owner, very friendly and helpful. Purchased high-end ring which they customized with no additional charge. Very pleased with service, price, and product. My experience was the opposite of those who complained of rudeness.

Awful customer service, overpriced and slow. I went into Jeweler's Bench to have a large pendant repaired. The amber inlay had come loose and it needed to be glued back in. I have had this pendant for 10+ years and it was purchased in Spain. Due to the nature of amber (soft) it occasionally comes loose and needs to be re-glued every 2-3 years.
