4/4/24. 8:07AM. I visit this location & have never had any trouble until today. I was stopped at the door by a male employee who asked to see my receipt after a middle-aged female employee named Maria informed him that I did not pay for my items even after The Nice, Lovely Woman who works at Self-Checkout (Thank you to the Woman at Self-Checkout!.) I have shopped at this Jewel for years and always love it. There are staff members that I have seen so often, it always felt very neighborly. However, today, I was beyond disappointed in the store and so upset - I don’t even want to go back. I went into the store with my baby in the cart who is old enough to roll over and sit, but can’t stand or walk on their own.
