Over the past 6 months, I have had difficulty when shopping at ONLY this particular Jewel Osco store. I have complained to department managers, the store manager and even called the corporate office, but all complaints fell on deaf ears. Between not having items that are on sale, and reconfiguring the layout of the store during normal business hours (which included blocking aisles with carts & pallets so that people had trouble getting through).
