I would just like to give a Shout Out to an Employee Eric at the Carol Stream Location who helped me with a problem at the self checkout!!! He was so courteous, helpful and patient!!
I went there for pork chops got home and they were rancid. I called customer service who explained we need to return the product with the receipt. Customer service was rude and condescending.
Great selection of meat and baked goods! Our go to place for both! Very friendly staff and personable staff too!! We really enjoy the store! In stock ratio is really great recently in all areas of the store unlike most other chains. They are just about done with a major remodel and the store is looking beautiful!
