Places online order and received message for substitutions and I asked what could we replace with? I was ignored and employee rapidly finished order. The items were from deli. I feel employee was too lazy to get items from deli. Poor service. If I could go to the store myself. I would. Very bad business. Never had this problem with Jewel before. I’ll chalk it up to laziness and not caring. I’ll shop at Howard street next time. Never have issues of laziness there
