Hi Jewel I have been shopping at Jewel as did my mother for 50+years.. Villa Park IL Store# 3284 Dir James Fanella I strive to support local business, but Jewel is one that I struggle with greatly. I dont know why I keep coming to this jewel, maybe because it close to my house. I pretty much go for some chicken because it’s an easy dinner for the kidos. I dread going to the deli. They completely ignore you, when they finnaly acknowledge you, they just stare at you and wait for you to say something. I pleasantly say hello and order my food. Today, the lady just throws it on the counter and says “Anything Chickenelse?” . I’m done with this place, maybe I’ll just take the drive to elmhurst. Everyone else seems pretty cool... read more

Jewel Osco is one my favorite stores, I doordash a few items from there it was the baked chicken it was burnt almost to charcoa. Everything else was great. This wasn't the doordash delivery guy's fault. It's the one who put the chicken out like that to sell. It was the worst chicken I ever tasted from Jewels. That's the only complaint I have about my favorite store. I've been going to Jewels for along time. It was partly my fault too, I didn't complaint earlier. I still love Jewels.
