If you want over priced limited items in a place where you would be wondering around for hours with a huge side of terrible customer service-then here's your place. The worst about the store is the front end customer service. The cashiers and managers have to check themselves-beyond rude. Just take the extra 10mins and go north on Addison Rd to the Wood Dale Jewel-only had 1complaint and they solved it with great customer service =)
I went in to buy corn on the cob and they had limit 12 but I wanted 20 They would not let me buy 20they said i had to go out and come back and purchase more. I di that , I stood in the checkout line and the cashier verified with supervisor Chris. She said you have to be back after an hour, I asked for the manger Mike. Who was so rude that he said we decided not to sell it to you. They were just discriminating against me. This store is unorganised and has bad service.
