At the check out Darryl struck up a conversation with my 4 year old. He asked if he had any other siblings...he told Darryl yes.  RecommendedI just want to give a shout out to Heather and the staff at this Jewel-Osco. They helped my dad when he had a seizure at the store and got him safely into an ambulance and to the hospital. Wonderful people ! Thank you so much 😊Â

 RecommendedOrdered a Frozen cake for my daughter’s birthday. Waited 15 minutes at the counter for someone to help us with pickup today and got a totally different cake. Pics of the cake we ordered vs the cake we received. So disappointedÂ

Deli department is a nightmare. Last 4 times I have pre-ordered and they failed to make it for me. Had to wait for it to be cooked. So 25 mins out of my lunch time break waiting to be served and and then to get my fresh food cooked. When you place an order ahead and ask for fresh it should be fresh.once or twice or even 3 times I hold my tongue. But seriously 4 times in a row??? Even after I asked repeatedly to make sure they are fresh and the order taker says no problem at all....Wish there was another Jewel close by.Â
